Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@brandbabybamboo.com.
The term for any change or return is 14 days from the receipt of the order but you will have to pay the shipping costs.

In case we can not make the change in the address because the package has already been sent, we will have to contact our delivery service. Keep in mind that this process may delay the delivery time.
Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, it will be processed before proceeding with the approval of said return. The product must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order, must not have been used and must be in its original box with the case, the chamois and any label that will accompany it.
If your return is approved, a full refund of the price of the merchandise will be issued within 7 business days and the transaction will be notified by email. Once the refund is issued, you can wait for it to be effective in a period of 5-10 business days.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
